Суд предписал сайту Arutz-7 передать в ШАБАК IP-адреса всех своих активных пользователей. Arutz-7 – это форум для людей с правыми взглядами. Они не обвиняются ни в каких преступлениях. Только в полицейском государстве суд может истребовать конфиденциальные данные неограниченного круга пользователей без предъявления обвинения и других полагающихся процедур.

Вообще, это решение глупое, потому что форум просто переедет за границу и все. Лучше всего в Иран.

The State of Israel and the Jewish people have a legitimate right to all of Jerusalem — including the parts of the city that lie east of the green line — according to a 90-year-old valid legal document.

Can we be a free people in our land without the first Jewish city in Israel?

Several years ago, on the anniversary of the liberation of Hebron in 1967, I was interviewed by a journalist who queried me about various problems facing Hebron’s Jewish community. His concluding question/statement was, “Well, I guess you’re not celebrating today?”

“Why not?” I replied.

“Well, you have all these problems and issues, how can you celebrate?”
